Nimbus Cleaner
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Nimbus Cleaner. By downloading, installing, or using Nimbus Cleaner, the user agrees to these Terms. If the user does not agree, the app should not be used.
Service Description
Nimbus Cleaner provides mobile device cleaning and review tools, including junk file review, large file review, WhatsApp-related file review, media review, similar photo grouping, photo privacy metadata review, photo compression, software/app management, notification review, battery information, speaker cleaner, and reminder notifications.
Nimbus Cleaner is a utility app. It does not guarantee that any specific amount of storage will be recovered or that every file, app, notification, or photo will be detected.
Eligibility
Nimbus Cleaner may be used only where such use is lawful. If the app is used on behalf of another person or organization, the user is responsible for having the necessary authorization.
Permissions and Device Access
Some features require Android permissions or system access, such as storage access, media access, all files access, notification access, notification permission, package/app list access, uninstall flows, network status, and foreground service access.
The user is responsible for deciding whether to grant these permissions. If permissions are denied or revoked, some features may be unavailable or limited.
User Responsibility for Cleanup Actions
Nimbus Cleaner may display files, photos, media, app information, notifications, or metadata for review. The user is responsible for checking selected items before confirming any action.
Actions such as deleting files, uninstalling apps, clearing notifications, removing photo metadata, or compressing photos may change or remove data from the device. These actions may be irreversible depending on Android system behavior, device settings, and storage conditions.
Important files should be backed up before deletion or modification.
Acceptable Use
The user agrees not to:
- use Nimbus Cleaner for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- attempt to reverse engineer, modify, resell, redistribute, or exploit the app except where allowed by law;
- interfere with app security, app operation, or Android system security;
- use the app to access, modify, or delete files, notifications, or app information that the user is not authorized to manage;
- misuse any reminder, notification, or foreground service feature.
No Professional Advice
Nimbus Cleaner provides device utility features only. Battery information, file scanning results, app size estimates, photo grouping, and storage calculations are provided for reference. They are not professional technical, security, legal, or data recovery advice.
Feature Accuracy and Availability
Nimbus Cleaner relies on Android system APIs, device manufacturers, file system behavior, user permissions, and storage availability. Results may vary across devices and Android versions.
Features may be updated, changed, suspended, or removed to improve the app, comply with platform requirements, or address security and reliability issues.
Third-Party Apps and Content
Nimbus Cleaner may display information about files, notifications, or apps from third-party applications installed on the device. Those third-party apps and content are not controlled by Nimbus Cleaner.
If the user chooses to uninstall an app or manage third-party files, Android system tools or the relevant third-party app may control the final result.

Disclaimers
Nimbus Cleaner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
Nimbus Cleaner is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or able to detect or clean every item.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is excluded for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, files, photos, apps, notifications, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of Nimbus Cleaner.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply.
Termination
The user may stop using Nimbus Cleaner at any time by uninstalling the app. Access to the app or any feature may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated, if risk is created, or if required by law or platform policy.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. When material changes are made, the effective date will be updated and, where required, additional notice may be provided.
Continued use of Nimbus Cleaner after updated Terms become effective means the updated Terms are accepted.
